Refund Policy 

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags/packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) is required for all returns.

 
2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom production reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-designed products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened drinkware or accessories

  • Gift cards

 
3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 
4. Refunds

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

  • Please provide photos of the damage for faster processing.

 
7. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card company.
